大正十年三月 船員手帖返還報告書及手数料収入報告書用紙ニ関スル件 公第二二号 大正十年二月二日 在孟買 領事 縫田栄四郎 外務大臣伯爵内田康哉殿 船員手帖返還報告書及手数料収入報告書用紙ニ関スル件 船員法取扱手続(明治三十四年十二月逓信省公達第七二九号其後改正)第十五条及第十六条ノ規定ニ依リ当館ヨリ逓信省管船局及船員手帖交付ノ管海官庁ニ送付スヘキ船員手帖返還報告書(第四号書式)並ニ同取扱手続第六十三条規定ニ依リ逓信省管船局送付スヘキ手数料収入報告書ノ用紙(第七号書式)欠乏ヲ告ケ候ニ付曩ニ大正八年十一月十三日附ヲ以テ右用紙送付方逓信省管船局ニ直接依差致候＠同年十二月二十七日附海第二六六四号 ヲ以テ右用紙ハ全然同局ニ於
