明治三十四年 船舶検査法施行細則規定ノ回航認可証書在外帝国領事ヘ配布一件 秘管船第二一四号 今般船舶検査法中改正法律施行ニ際シ同細則改正ノ必要有之該規定中外国ニ於テ製造セラレ又ハ国籍ラ取得シタル日本船舶並ニ外国航海中航行期間ノ満了シタル日本船舶ラ船籍港マテ回航セレムルニ当ノ旅客又ハ貨物ヲ搭載セントスルトキハ船長ニ於テ該船舶ノ航海ニ適スル旨ヲ証シタル書面ツ差出レテ帝国領事ニ申請セシメ領事ハ之ヲ審査シテ回航認可証書ラ交付スルコトヘ致度候処右ニ関シ御意見無之候哉至急承知致度此段及御照会候也 明治三十三年十二月二十五日 逓信省管船局長山県伊三郎 外務省通商局長杦村濬殿 本件(秘管船第二一四号)ハ客年十二月二十五日
