第三節 関税 (関税定率表及公定相場表ハ附録ヲ見ル) 蘭領東印度殖民地現行関税ヲ分リテ輸入税及輸出税ノニ重トス此等ノ関税ハ重量リ標準トスルモノト客積ヲ標準トスルモノト及価格ヲ標準トスルモノトノ別アリ且ツ輸出品中ニハ或ハ地歩地ヲ限リテ許可スルモノト又地方ニヨリ之シリ課スル所ト課セサル所トアルノシナラス輸出品中ニハ輸入税ノ外更ニ間接関税リ附加シ尚ホ輸出品課税標準価格ニ関スルハ一八八二年布告第二四〇号(輸出入税及間接関税ニ関スル件)第十九号ヲ以テ当領財政長官ハ毎三ヶ月商業会議所ニ諮問ノ上輸出入品ニ関スル価額ヲ公定シ爪哇官報ニテ公布スル事ニナリ居リ右ニ登載セラルノ貨物ハ実除原価ノ高低ニ拘ハラス一律談規
