四月 桑港ニ於ケル本邦人酒営業禁止ノ事否取調ノ件 二 発第三〇〇号 受第六九三七号 拝啓益御清穆奉賀候陳者四月十四日大阪毎日新聞紙上桑港来電欄内ニ「邦人酒業禁止」トシテ桑港官憲ハ在留民ノ営業権ヲ無視シ日本人ニ酒小売ノ営業鑑札ヲ下附セザルコトゝナリタル云々ノ件ハ果シテ事実ニ候得バ清酒輸出上尠ナカラザル打撃ヲ受クル義ト存候間乍御手数本件ニ関スル真相御取調ノ上何分ノ御回報相願度此段及御照会候也 明治四十二年四月十五日 神戸商業会議所 外務省通商局御中 明治四十二年四月二十日発遣 通商局 神戸商業会議所宛 拝復過日新聞ニ掲載セラレタル邦人酒業禁止云々ノ桑港来電ニ付御照会有之候処当省ニ於テハ今日迄之ニ関シ関係領事ヨリ
