専管局 甲第一四七一號 大正十二年五月十六日 専売局長官野中清 外務次官田中都吉殿 工業用青島塩ノ内地輸入ニ関スル件 内地工業家ノ青島塩自己輸入方ニ関シ五月十二日青島稽核支署長加藤謙一ヨリ別紙電信ヲ以テ申越有之候処本件ハ細目協定ニ依リ日支両主務官庁間ノ協議未タ成立セサル今日ニ於テハ日支双方有利ニシテ極メテ機宜ノ措置ト認メ当局トシテハ全然賛同ニ躊躇セサル次第ニ候ヘ共電文中従前通ノ条件トハ工業家カ各自ノ嗜好スル塩ヲ各塩田業者ヨリ直接買入ルヘコトヲ得ヘク且青島軍政署時代ノ輸出税、埠頭料、倉庫保管料等ハ其ノ儘トシ其ノ他何等ノ名義ヲ以テスルモ日本輸出業者ニ負担ヲ増加セサル意味ニ解シ可然哉一応責任アル支那
