明治四十四年十月四日 墨府 林直太郎 佐々久二殿 拝啓「アメカ」河ヨリ「チペウア」湾ニ到八百余哩ノ漁権契約本日午後二時調印ヲ了シ左ノ￥通リ来電致候 「漁権契約調印セリ、陶案工場着手セリ」 右ニ要セシ費用計算左ノ通リ 一、墨貨参千九百六拾一弗八拾八仙 掘口代理公使ヨリ受取ル 内 一二千七百二拾弗 三分利附墨國公債証書二千五百弗券一＠七百五拾弗券二枚合計額面四千弗ヲ額面百弗ニ付六拾八弗ニテ購入シ其証書ヲ農商務省ニ漁権保証金トシテ提供セリ 一、一千弗 漁権契約ニ規定ノ資本金額二拾万弗ニ対シ百分ノ五ノ印紙税 一四拾五弗同契約書九枚一枚ニ付五弗ノ印紙税 計金参千七百六拾五弗 残金百九拾六弗八拾八仙 掘口氏ニ予ケ置キ＠ 右
