大正四年一月 南洋諸島ニ於ケル起業ニ関スル件 御願 下名等ハ去ル十月三十日付ヲ以テ曩ニ帝国海軍ニ於テ軍事占領ヲ遂ケラレ候南洋諸島ニ於ケル起業ニ関シ出願致シ居リ爾後御用船便乗ノ儀モ亦御許可ヲ得視察員派遣調査ヲ遂ケ候処右諸島中パラウ群島ノアンガウル島西カロリン群島ノファイス島及ビマーシャル群島ノガスパリコ并ニビガー島ヲ以テ左モ有望ト認メ茲ニ燐礦採掘開始致度候間御許可被成下度奉願候 猶先般陳述仕候如ク戦前ヨリ特ニ独逸官憲ノ下ニ遠クビスマーク群島ニ於テ椰子栽培ノ事業等ヲ経営致居候折柄比事業ヲ拡張シマーシヤル群島ニ於テモ亦椰子栽培及採収ノ事業ヲ経営致度何卒御許可被成下度奉願候 追テ軍事占領中ハ独逸官憲等
