大正三年十月 マリヤナ群島天産物採収方願出ノ件 マリヤナ群島天産物採収方ニ付御願 マリヤナ群島天産物採収方ニ付御願 最近我海軍ニ依リ占領サレタル独領マリヤナ、マーシヤル、カロリン群島ハ何レモ南洋貿易業者ノ宝庫ト目スヘキモノニ有之将来我版図ニ帰スルト否トヲ問ハス之カ経営策ニ就テハ今ヨリ講究スルノ要スルコト存候我南洋組ハ主トシテマリヤナ郡島ニ対スル貿易ヲ業トスル者ニ有之候処時局以来一般ノ交通杜絶致シ候為メ多年取引関係モ殆ント停止ノ姿ト相成居ル折柄今回ノ壮挙ニ依リ我軍事大権ノ下ニ占領セラレ候ニ就テハ此機会ニ於テサイパン嶋ヲ中心トシタルフワテロンパンシヨン、アッサミシヨン、アグリガン、パカン、アルマガ
