明治十六年 煙草栽培並ニ製造法在紐育領事ヨリ意見上申一件 明治十六年二月二十六日起草 同〃年〃月〃日発遣 農商務書記官御中 公信局長 外務権大書記官浩岡沼男 煙草栽培並ニ製造方法之儀ニ付在紐育高橋領事ヨリ煙草意見相係別紙所之通報告方意見中趣処右ハ貴省御管掌之付ニ付召御回送之留可然御趣議相成度右見本相係此段及御照会也 別紙ハ十六年第八号本年行所 公信第二号 煙草栽培並ニ製造法ノ儀ニ付報告旁卑見上申 我輸出品中ノ重ナル生糸並製葉苦ノ儀ニ付テハ是迄続ニ報告仕リ＠間大ニ御覧閲被下大半ト存候然ルニ我国産ノ烟草ハ右両品ニ次テ後来我輸出品中ノ重要ナル地位ヲ占ムルニ至ルベキモノト確信スニ付左ニ其所以ト追歩開良等
