大正九年十一月 マニラ港湾公債発行ノ件 三 公第二六六号 大正九年十月二十二日 在馬尼刺 総領事木栖参 外務大臣伯爵内田康哉殿 大正九年十一月二十日記録第二部接受 港湾公債発行ノ件 本年春期比嶋特別議会ニ於テ「マニラ」港築造並ニ改造資金トシテ六百五弗（一千二百万比）ノ公債募集ラ議史シタクカ其後財界ノ都合モアリタルモノノ如ク今日迄其発行ラ見サリシ所右ハ最近紐育 kulee-Tote 銀行ヨリ額面百弗ニ対シ百一弗二十七仙ヲ以テ売出サレタル由ニ候右港湾公債法ニ依レハ利率ハ六分以下トナリ右ルモ今回発行ノ公債人ハ四分ナル由ニテ当地政府ハ其成効ラ喜ヒ居リ候 「マニラ」港ノ増築改造ハ現ニ蓄手セラレ居ルモ材料及資金ノ欠令等ヨリ其進歩
