- 明治三十八年三月 比律賓島土木費支弁ノ為メ公債募集ノ羲在マニラ領事ヨリ報告 一 報第七号 受第三九六九号 比律賓島土木事業費支弁ノ為メ比律賓島公債募集之件報告 比律賓島土木事業費支弁ノ為メ比律賓島公債募集ノ件ニ関シ別紙執行差進候条御査閲相成候様致度此段申進候敬具 明治三十八年三月六日 在マニラ 領事成田五郎 外務大臣男爵小村喜太郎殿 比律賓島土木事業費支弁ノ為メ比律賓島公債募集之件 公債募集額ハ米金二百五十万弗ナリ 当比律賓島国庫債券ノ利率ハ年四分ニシテ一ケ年四回払ナリ又其償還期限八十ケ年据置本年三月一日ヨリ三十ケ年ナリ比律賓島土木術生鉄道及其他ノ内地改良ニ関スル法律発布ノ件ニ関シテハ曩ニ報告シタリ
