大阪唐物町三丁目 近江屋敬＠＠第左七申 実 京都府推示碩寺通リ 故菅生利助訳 菅生八印申口 当三十歳十ケ月 一髙知藩御雇中東京の方ハ北凪由太郎ヨリ指ル差図を受け同藩商法致之度 一大阪方ハ山崎猶之進の差図を受け指ル高知藩の商法致之度 一辰年八月中創作指高知敬郎ニ於ル浪蕐并東京商法掛申付候処後自身ニ浪蕐并高知藩屡往不之同属の為商法致之度 一去年七月中北凪由太郎ヨリ東京商法掛リ旨いたし候之後同藩大阪商法掛リ候ニ付ハ大阪高知藩邸并東京高知藩邸ヨリ何等の沙汰致之度 一同藩邸ヘ御雇中ハ同藩の為ニ商法と為候ニ付其的上掛リ官員の許可を受け商売品買上け又ハ売捌等致之度右之通リ相違不申上け巳上 右 明治七年三月八日 菅生八郎
