十 大正十三年十一月 財政、経済ニ関スル浜口大蔵大臣ノ演説 (大正十三年十一月二十一日東京手形交換所ニ於テ) 外務省情報部 十一月二十一日東京手形交換所ニ関カレタ全国手形交換所聯合親会席上ノ浜口蔵相演説要旨左ノ如シ ◎ 財界ノ危機 我財界ハ大正九年ノ反動以来既ニ五年未タ十分安定ノ域ニ達セス金融産業貿易其他各方面ニ亘リ、属メテ多雑ノ局面ニ立テルコト諸君ノ熟知セラルル所ナリ、即チ外国貿易ノ逆調益々甚シク、本年ハ十月迄ニ朝鮮、台湾ノ分テ合セ六億九千百余万円ノ入超ヲ示シ、大正八年以降ノ入超累計ハ二十七億四千九百八万円ノ巨額ニ上リ、戦時四ケ年間ノ出超累計十三億九千三百余万円ト相殺シテ、尚ホ十三億五千六百
