済南 外務省 通公第九月四号 大正八年六月二十五日 在済南 総領事代理 山田友一郎 外務大臣子爵内田康哉殿 日貨排斥ニ関スル件 支那商人ノ日貨排斥罷市終熄後尚継繽ヒラレ＠ニ一二ノ商品ラ除ク外本邦商人ノ関係スル輪出入ハ全ク休止ノ状況ニ在リ唯青島ニ於テハ取引高何等時局ノ影響ラ受ケサルノシナラズ日貨排斥以前ニ比シ稍々好況ラ至シツへフリ右ハ当地支那商人ガ重ニ青島ニ於ラ取引ラ馬スニ依ル為メナリト云フ罷市終熄使学生ノ帰郡ンクル右タタフ日貨排斥強制者清ク＠シタレ結果当地支那人モ近日攻来公然本邦人商店ニ出入ラ局スニ至ランガ実際取引ノ開始ラ見ルハ茲数日ラ出ラザルハシト云フ 又去ル六月十四日支那人請員郎大ユ等支那
