斉々哈爾 外務省 本第一七二号 大正八年六月二十三日 在斉斉哈爾 領事代理 山崎誠一郎 外務大臣子爵内田康哉殿 学生ノ言動ニ関シ報告ノ件 本件ニ関シテハ客月十三日件本第一三〇号拙信ヲシスラ報告申進置タル次第有之候処其後当省ニ先フハ単ニ一部学生間ニ陰密ニ排日的言動ヲ敢ヲスルモノアリタルモ別ニ問題トスル程度ニ至ラサルフシスラ其都度当局ニ警告ラ与フルニトンメ置候処去ル十六日午後七精頃本官等偶々当地龍沙谷圉ラ散策中学生ラシキ青年数日ノ国貨提唱レ又ハ同胞快醒ナド記セル旗幟フ打振ノ＠フ処ニ分レ各山東問題フ看題トシテ一律排日排日貨ノ路上潰舌ヲ公開シ頻リニ排日熱フ皷吹シ居ル有棵ラ実具レタル如就中＠異トシタルハ支那巡
