昭和１７ 五〇四〇八暗 南京一月二十日後発 本省 二十日夜着 亜 東郷外務大臣重光大使 （香港支那間通常郵便開始ニ関スル件）今般支那派遣軍総司令部ヨリ南支軍ヨリ連絡越セル趣ヲ以テ香港支那関ニ日支郵便約定ニ準シ一月二十二日ヨリ通常郵便ノ交換ヲ開始致度キニ付大至急支那側ニ対シ昭会アリタキ旨申越セリ右ハ不取敢当方ヨリ昭会セル処異議無キ趣ナルシニ付上海弁事処ニ対シ訓令方依頼シ置キタルカ大正十一年日支那郵便約定等トナ関係モ有之将来他ノ占領地域ニ付テモ同様ノ問題ノ発生スヘク何等注意スヘキ点アラハ御回示相成度シ北大、上海、広東、厦門ヘ転電セリ 主管 南交 昭和１８ 一二二六〇略 盤谷 八月十三日後発 本省
