- （７）朝鮮人航空研究所々属飛行機新義州中江鎮台飛行ニ付不時着ノ際ニ於ケル支那側許可取付ノ件 昭和５ 一二八〇六暗 安東 二十九日後発 亜 本省 八月二十九日後着 幣原外務大臣 森岡領事 第八二号 本官発奉天宛電報 第六六号 在京城株式会社朝鮮航空研究所所属「サルムソン」式飛行機二台ハ朝鮮総督府逓信局ノ命令ニ依リ新義州、中江鎮間ヲ九月五日ヨリ同月末日ニ亘リ試験飛行実施ノ筈ナルカ天候又ハ気流ノ関係上或ハ支那側上空ヲ飛行シ若ハ支那領土ニ不時着陸スルコトアルヤモ計ラレサル趣ヲ以テ航空法規ニ関スル国際条約ノ規定ニ依リ右許可援助方ニ関シ支那政府側ニ交渉アリタキ旨平安北道知事ヨリ申出アリタル処支那現下ノ事情並ニ
