- 十 英国禁輸問題ニ関シ本邦商業会議所連盟協議ノ件 乙秘第四三一号 三月十三日 英国禁輸問題協議ノ件 英国ニ於ケル輸入禁止ニ善及策ニ関スル東京大阪京都神戸横浜国沢福井ノ工商業会議所（名ナハ屋但欠席）連合協議会ハ本日本午前十時ヨリ東京商業会議所内ニテ開催先ヅ横浜貿易協会代表出ヨリ輸出貿易ノ状況ヲ次イデ日本郵松会社事務員伊丹某ヨリ船腹不足ノ関実情等ヲ連所シタル及本問題ノ協議ニ移リタルモ何等是体的ニ設定セシ所ナク午後三時教会セリ 代表出席者 中聖武学、杉原栄三郎、茲山雷太（東京但） 今西林三郎、井上済美（大阪但） 村尾震三郎、原父次郎（金沢但） 中才改去、阿卻一二四（神戸但） 浜岡光哲、戸岡海市西地成美（京都但）
