明治二十九年三月 岡山県平民水川復太ヘ旅券下附証明ノ件 廉児島県士族丸山元輔 二十九年三月十一日接受 承認書下附願 受第二一九〇号 廉児島県薩摩国阿多郡伊作村中原 三十七番戸士族戸主壮吾弟 旅行許可番号第五一五一号 丸山元輔 右ハ先般学術研究ノ為メ米国カリホルニヤ洲サンフランシスコ」ヘ渡航致居候処今年ハ徴兵適齢ニ付証明書送付候様本人ヘ申遣置候処別紙ノ通申来リ居候ニ付定メシ二月二十日迄到着スルナラント存居候処今日マテ到着丕致候ニ付承認書御下渡被成下度追而本証明書一到着ノ上引替方可申出候間此段奉願候也 廉児島県薩摩国阿多郡伊作村中原三十七番戸 明治二十九年二月二十五日 戸主 丸山壮吾 臨時外務大臣
