- ３８ 明治四十年八月 伊国ノ陸軍拡張並ニ墺伊辺境防備ニ関シ在伊公使館ヨリ報告之件 公第六八号 伊国ノ陸軍拡張並ニ墺伊辺境防備ニ関スル件 伊国政府ハ其陸軍拡張費トシテ二億万ソーラノ臨時軍事費ヲ議会ニ要求シタルニ議会ハ技術上財政上及政治的ノ意味ヨリ之ニ反対シ容易ニ其終清見ズ技術上ノ見地ヨリハ其半数ノ金額即一億万リーラヲ以テ「クルツ〇フ」家ト銃器買入契約ヲナスガ如キハ以テ伊国工業ノ発達ヲ害スル考ナリトシ半官報新聞モ筆ヲ揃ヘテ現政府ヲ改撃スル有様ニ有之残金ノ一億万リーラ対シテハ刻下陸軍々政不始末ニ関之議会及ノ調査委員調査ノ結了ラ侍テ可否ラ決スベシトテ対論ヲ延期シタルガ去ル十五日愈右ノ調査書公表セテレ委
