太平洋外国貿易会議ニ関スル件 通二個 三月二十二日 一、本会議ノ目的本会議ハ太平洋沿岸諸港及輸出業者ノ共通利益増進ヲ目的トス 二、本会議ノ組織ト活動本会議ハ太平洋沿岸諸州並二隣接中部諸州ノ実業家ヲ網羅シ一定ノ会員ヲ有スルモノニハ非サルモ会長及書記ヲ常設シ太平洋沿岸実業者大会出席者ヲ以テ会員トシ海外通商助成機関及商取引ニ関スル一切ノ協議打合及各専門家並当局者トノ意見交換、専門家ノ講演、決議案ノ事公表ヲ行ヒ米国政ヨリハ国務省、商務省、内務省、船舶院ノ各当局者ノ出席ヲ見ヌ各方面ノ実業家、新聞記者、大学教授、外国領事モ之ニ参加ヤリ 三、本会議開催ノ沿革本会議ハ当初太平洋西北部外国貿易業者大会ト称シタル
