送第三九号 同部司法大臣宛 小村外務大臣 第四回国際私法会議ニ於テ議定セル 諸条約ニ加＠スヘキヤ否ヤノ点ニ＠シ 帝国政府ノ意見＠定メ為照会之件 第四回国際私法会議ニ於テ議定セル四条約案＠算シテハ尚考慮ヲ要スル点有之帝国政府ニ於テハニ調＠セサルヲ＠＠ト認ムル旨客年十二月二十一日附民刑第一三五七号ヲ以テ御加答之次第了様＠ル＠右＠際私法会議ニ算シテハ帝国政府ヨリ＠ンテ委員ヲ参列セシメタル＠掛アルノシナラス我委員ノ同会議ニ提出シ先＠＠ニ於テ帝国政府ハ同会議ノ議定スル諸条約ニ加＠セムトスルノ参照ヲ＠明シタル次第モ有三＠テ今回帝国政府ニ於テ个国政府ノ＠＠及シ（客年十二月十四日送第一二四号照会添附个国代理公
