二十三 機密第二十七号 綴込名 大正十三年九月十六日 在瑞典 臨時代理大使岡田承一 外務大臣男爵幣原喜重郎殿 瑞典独逸間仲裁条約「テキスト」送付ノ件 瑞典ト 「スカニテイナヒヤ」諸国間仲裁条約締結ニ関シテハ本年七月十五日附公第八一号ヲ以テ及報告置候処今般瑞典及独逸間ニ一半ハ前記「スカニテイナヒヤ」諸国ノ仲裁条約ト略同シク他ノ一半ハ独逸瑞典間ノ仲裁条約ト略同シキ条約ノ交渉経マリ客月二十八日伯林ニ於テ調印セラレ之レニ対スル瑞典倒ノ批准ハ本条約ヲ議会ニ提出スル必要アル入手ノ別紙本条約「テキスト」御送付ニ及ヒ候条御査閲相成度此段申進候敬具 在瑞典日本公使館 urkunden in Kraft.Der Vertrag gilt die Dauer von 10 Jahren.
