- 公第二三号 大正十年一月二十日 在仏特命全権大使子爵石井菊次郎 外務大臣伯爵内田康哉殿 仏白経済共協定ニ関スル報告ノ件 仏白経済共協定ニ関シテハ客年春以来両国委員仏国商務省ニ会合シ協議ヲ為シツツアルコトハ聞込居タルモ其ノ交渉ノ内容等ハ十分判明セサリシ処其ノ後プラツセルノ加特力新聞「二十世紀」ノ報道ニ依レハ右交渉ノ要点ハ大体左ノ通リナリシ趣ナリ 大正十年三月十七日記録第二部接受 仏国側提案 一、水路又ハ鉄路ニ依リアンベルスヨリアルサス、ローレーヌニ輸入セラルル商品対シテハSunTaxe ＠ヲ全廃シ 二、ア、ロ両州以外ノ仏国ニ対シアンヴエルス経由輸入セラルル商品ニ対シテハコーヒー綿木材香料等ヲ除ク
