大正七年二月 BC州ニ於ケル本邦医師開業資格ニ関スル件 外務省 公信大二五号 大正七年一月三十日 在晩香坡 領事浮田郷次 外務大臣子爵本野一郎殿 医師資格立認問題ニ関連シ高橋 医学士ニ対シ医術開業仮免状請求ノ件 目下番号市在当本邦医師ハ下高原幸＠、高橋康百、石原明之助、木下往太郎及岸本憲一ノ五名ナルモ内制規ノ試験ニ及第シ公認セアレニ＠ルモノハ独ヨリ下＠＠医師ノミニシテ他ノ四名ハ公認ニアラス就テハ当州医会当年者ニ対シ事情ヲ打明テ点認ノ姿ニテ内々医業ニ従事ニ来レル年ハ曩ニモ報告セル所ナルガ右回医師中高橋医学士ハ福岡科大学出身ニテ其医術エノ＠＠ハ在当民一般ノ認議スル所ニ有之得兵其公認チ御サルカ故属事
