大正元年十二月 本邦ニ於テル英国人ニ対スル医師開業免許ニ関スル件 外務省 内務省 衛第三一〇三号 大正元年十二月二十五日 小橋内務省衛生局長 坂田外務省通商局長殿 大正二年一月二十二日記録課第二部接受 明治三十九年勅令第二百四十四号医師法第一条第一項第三号ニ依リ免許ヲ与フル者ニ関スル件及同年内務省令第三十号医師法第一条第一項第三号ニ依ル外国指定ノ件ニ依リ英国人ニ医師免許ヲ与フルハ大不列顛国人ニシテ大不列顛国ニ於テ医師免許ヲ得タル者ニ限ラルヘキカ 内務省 若クハ大不列顛国人ナル以上其免許ヲ得タル地カ本国ナルト殖民地其他ノ属領ナルトヲ問ハサルカ前段ノ如ク解スルヲ至当ト存候得共右解釈如何ハ廷テ外交上
