五三六二 暗 ストックホルム発 大正九年四月十五日前一〇、四五 本省着 大正九年四月十九日前一一、〇〇 内閣外務大臣日置公使 第六四号 三月三十一日当地ニ著シタル露国労農政府ノ通商委員ハ長官Jdnadflinヲ除クノ外翌日丁抹ニ向ヒタルガ該長官ハ本月十日迄滞在シ当国外相ト種ニ商議ヲ凝シタル趣伝ヘラレタルヲ以テ本使ハ去ル九日同外相ヲ訪ヒ右商議ニ関シ差支ヘナヲ限リ承知シタキ旨申述ベタル処外相ハ瑞典ニ於テモ協商国側ノ対露政策ニ＠拠シテ政治問題ニハ全然関係ナリ通商ヲ開始セラト欲シ「クラツシン」来訪ノ機会ニ於テ商議ヲ凝シタルモ畢竟何等具体的ノ結果ヲ得スシテ了レリ其ノ理由ハ露国ハ購買品ニ対シ鉄道機関車以外
