- 条約第十三号 明治四十四年（一九一一）改締 日仏通商航海条約及付属議定書並付属税表 並仏領印度支那ニ関スル日仏間宣言書 日仏通商航海条約 明治四十四年八月十九日於巴里調印 同四十五年一月十一日批准 同年二月二十九日批准通告 同年同月同日公布 日仏通商航海条約 日本国皇帝陛下及仏蘭西国共和国大統領ハ幸ニ其ノ間及両国間ニ存在スル友好親善ノ関係ヲ鞏固ナラシメムコトヲ欲シ而シテ今後両国間ノ通商関係ヲ律スヘキ条規ヲ明確ニ訂立スルハ此ノ善美ナル目的ヲ達スルニ資スヘキヲ信シ之カ為ニ通商航海条約ヲ締結スルコトニ決定シ日本国皇帝陛下ハ仏蘭西国駐剳特命全権大使正三位勲一等男爵栗野信一郎ヲ仏蘭西共和国大統領ハ外務大臣
