機密　九月十七日赴任ノ篠野一等書記官携帯ノ筈　明治四十四年九月十四日附　林外務大臣　在伊　林大使宛　機密条第9号　新条約伊国対案ニ対スル修正意見書送付ノ件　伊国政府提出ノ新条約対案ニ付テハ先般御請訓ニ対シ往電第一六号ヲ以テ回訓ノ次第モ有之当該案各条項ニ関シ別冊ノ通リ我修正意見ヲ開述致候間御査閲ノ上右ニ拠リ伊国＠＠委員ト高議相成候様致度右別冊三部茲ニ及御送付候　関税条約ヲ通商航海条約ニ合併スルコト及通商航海条約ヨリ独立シタル領事職務条約ヲ締結スルコトノ二点ニ関シテハ帝国政府ニ於テ既ニ主義上伊国政府ノ希望ニ応シタルニ因リ別冊修正意見書モ亦右会意ニ戻ラザル様調製シ関税事項ニ関スル規定ヲ通商航海条約ト合体シ
