３２６７ （暗）　盤谷発　本省着　大正十三年三月二十一日後七、〇五　二十二日前九、〇　松井外務大臣　矢田公使　第三一号　貴電第一三号ニ関シ　条約内容概略公表ニ関シ暹国政府ノ同意ヲ得タリ　（但シ条約其ノモノノ公表ハ批准交換後ニ之ヲ為スコト）　第七条ハ原案通ON THE INTHER CONDITION以下ヲ存ス　尚貴電第一三号ハ二十日夜初メテ入手セリ。　日暹通商航海条約締結　日暹通商航海条約ハ明治三十一年ノ締結ニ係リ其ノ規定ニ基キ帝国ハ暹羅国ニ於テ領事裁判権ヲ有スルト共ニ帝国臣民ハ同国内ニ於テ単ニ一定区域タル開市場ニ於テノミ居住シ又ハ商業及産業ニ従事スル権利ヲ享有スルニ過キサリキ然レドモ近時暹羅国司法制度ガ著シク改善セラレ
