明治三十五年十一月　（１１）日仏条約ニ拠リ領事ノ享有スヘキ特権等ニ関シ在里昴領事ヨリ伺出一件　公第三〇号　本邦駐在仏国領事及館員ノ享有スル特権ニ関スル伺問ノ件　日仏条約第十九条規定ノ最恵国待遇ハ相互的条件ノ下ニ亨有ス可キモノナキヲ以テ仏国駐在帝国領事及館員ガ該待遇ヲ請求ス可キコトアル場合ニ備フル為メ予メ本邦駐在仏国領事及館員ヘ本邦政府ノ許＠セラルル特権ヲ確知シ置クノ必要有之候ニ付左ノ件々御回示相煩度候　本邦駐在仏国領事及館員ハ国税タルト地方税タルトヲ問ハス一切ノ直税ヲ免セラルル特権ヲ有スルモノナルヤ　同領事及館員ハ我裁判所ノ請求ニ応シ民刑事ノ裁判事件ニ関シ証人トシテ出廷スルノ義務ヲ有スルモノナルヤ　右御伺申上候敬具
