公第三〇一号　大正九年九月二十八日　在支那　特命全権公使　小幡酉吉　外務大臣伯爵　内田康哉殿　和約研究会章大綱送付ノ件　「セネバ」ノ国際連盟開会期ノ切迫ニ連シ両国方面ノ山東問題定議説等漸ク高調セラルヘク有様ヲ山東省ヘ議会ノ通電呉佩孚ノ通電（切抜送付済）其一班ヘ有之最近又タ九月二十一日付大総説会ヲ以テ王正廷ヲ和約研究会会長ニ劉鏡人、沈瑞＠ヲ副会長ニ派任スル旨ヲ公表シ次イテ二十二日万作謙（外交部参事）ヲ同書記長ノ施経常、閉傳経、王＠岐、徐兆熊、熊挟（共ニ外交部員）ヲ同会員ニ派任ノ旨夫々部会ヲ以テ公表セラレタル処二十八日ノ政府公報ヘ更ニ別紙ノ如ク同会章大網六ケ条ヲ公布致度候委細ハ省ク御閲悉相成度候也
