- 受１９３１５号 政公信第五七号 大正九年五月十日 在漢堡 総領事大野守衛 外務大臣子爵内田康哉殿 独逸国国会選挙法及同法実施規則並ニ大統領選挙法発布ノ件 独国国会選挙法及大統領選挙法議会提出ノ件ニ関シテハ本年三月九日付往電第七号及四月五日付政公信第三〇号ヲ以テ申進置候処今般右法案ハ国民議会ヲ通過シ国会選挙法ハ四月二十七日付ニテ四月二十八日法令報ヲ以テ大統領選挙法ハ五月四日付ニテ五月六日ノ法令報ヲ以テ夫々公布セラレ候国会選挙法ハ在外独国人ノ選挙参加ヲ認メタル法案第四章ノ規定ヲ削除シタル外主要ナル点ニ於テ原案ト大体相違無之大統領選挙法ハ殆ント原案通ニテ議会ヲ通過セシ次第ニ有之候尚内務大臣ハ右国会選挙法
