- 公信第一三八号 大正十年五月二十一日 シムラ滞主申 総領事代理中谷正造 外務大臣伯爵内田康哉殿 印度総督対「ガンディ」氏会見ニ関シ報告ノ件 総督「レッディング」卿ハ本月十三日及十四日ノ二回ニ亘リ「ガンディ」＠ヲ＠見シテ＠協力運動ニ関シ親シク意見ノ交換ヲナセリ右会見ノ事実ニ関シテハ印度政府之ヲ公表セルモ会見ノ内容ハ事秘密ニ＠スルガ如リ未ダ何手ノ詳報ニ＠セズ十五日午後在「シムラ」回教徒祈祷場ニ於ケル国民党同志ノ会合ニ於テ「ガンディ」＠ハ会見内容ノ説明ヲ需メラレタルニ対シ「余ガ来詩ハ「パンディド、マラヴィヤ」（Pandib Malaviga）＠ヨリ無協力運動ニ関シ詳細総督ニ説明ヲナスベリ＠憑セラレタル為メナリ 余ハ総督ニ限ラズ一般官吏ニ余ノ意見ヲ開陳スルニ何分不都合アルヲ見ズ、サレバ着詩ト同時ニ総督ニ書ヲ致シテ会見ヲ申込シ、総督ハ直チニ之ヲ聴許セラレタリ
