- 第三款 木材受渡 第一項 荷卸ノ方法 既前述セシ如ク木材ノ輸送ニハSenepal CargoトGesell Cargoトアリ前者ニ於テハ其税関手続ハ之ヲ汽船会社ニ一任ス汽船会社ハ之ヲ適当ノ地ニ＠下シ税関ニ通知シテ其ノ検査ヲ受ケ然ル後ニ輸入者ハ或ハ之ヲ自己ノ置場ニ送リ或ハ之ヲ＠手ノ置場ニ送リテ引渡シヲナスモノトス此場合ハ大々稀ニシテ次ノFull Cargoニヨルヲ殆ド普通ナリ即チFull Cargoニ於テハ前ト異ナリ税関ヨリ指定サレシ一定ノ錨地ニ碇泊ス此場合ニ於テハ前ト異ナリ税関吏ノ検査済ノ後Stevedore（船舶荷揚卸人）即チ小工ヲ雇ヒテ之ヲ荷卸シスルコトナルカ他ノ商品ト異ナリ之ヲ江ニ＠下シテ予メ船舶ノ下流ニ待チ受ケ居ル苦力ヲシテ之ヲ筏ニ積マシメ小蒸汽船ヲシテ之ヲ曳カシメ
