- 第十五章 土地家屋ノ売買並ニ賃貸借ノ価額 第一節 地所家屋売買ニ関スル手続及慣習 地所家屋ノ売買ニ関スル手続及習慣ニ付テハ二者殆ント同一ニシテ若シ地所或ハ家屋ヲ買ハント欲スルトキハ一般ニ地媒又ハ房媒（土地家屋売買世話人）及経紀（支那地方官署ニ設ケルアル土地家屋売買掛員）ノ手ヲ経ルヲ通例トシ経紀ハ依頼ニヨリ売買両者ノ間ニ斡旋シ其売買価額ヲ商議シ双方其欲スル価格成立セハ吉日ヲ選ヒ経紀主会ノ上買主ノ費用ヲ以テ設筵シ中人（保証人）代家人（代書人）其ノ他隣友知巳ヲ請シ衆人主会ノ上契拠（売買契約書）ヲ作製シ買主売主中人代家人等一同之ニ画押シ茲ニ初メテ売買契約書ノ効力ヲ生ス 地所家屋売契約書ノ様式左ノ如シ 文約 立杜売地契約人 今将自有本号 所置
