- 第八章 工業及鉱業 第一節 工業 第一款 油房 第一項 油房ノ沿革及趨勢 営口ニ於テ油房ノ設立ヲ見タルハ同治元年義泰徳同興宏ノ二油房ノ設立セラレタルヲ以テ稿失トナス然シモ当時営口貿易ノ不振シテ豆粕ハ南清地方ニ輸出セラレタルニ過キス而シテ其ノ需要範囲ハ扶少ニシテ油房業ノ不振サルヲ免レス当時豆油、豆粕ヲ製造状況ヲ述ヘンニ当初ヲ豆計子ト称スル手形桶ニ入レ之ヲ大輸形ノ石盤上ヲ運行セシメ其桶底ノ小孔ヨリ大豆ヲ盤上ニ搬布シ其ノ上ヲ＠砲ト称スル大石車ヲシテ二頭乃至三頭ノ螺馬ヲ用ヒ之ヲ回転セシメ又搾油スルニハ木楔式圧搾器ヲ用ヒタルヲ以テ其ノ製造能力ハ一班一昼一夜一日二十枚内外ニ過キス而シテ漸自営口輸出豆粕及豆油ノ輸出ハ日清戦役後日本＠仕向ケラルルモノ激増シタル為メ従来ノ方法ヲ以テ其ノ需要ヲ充ス能ハサリシヲ以テ明治二十九年＠商大法洋行カ大＠元ナル油房ヲ設立シ新式ノ機械
