模小ナレハ比較的少量ナルハ事実ナリ既往及現在ノ状況ヲ＠合スルニ開礦当初ヨリ三十四年迄ニ約四万屯ヲ産シ以後大正三年末ニ至ル期間ニ十五＠六万屯総計二十万屯其ノ内外ト見做サハ大差ナカルヘシ 第六節 採掘手続及礦窰小窰トノ関係 前ニ述ヘタルカ如ク同地ハ蒙古王ノ領内ニシテ発見当時ハ只蒙古王ノ許可ヲ得ルノミニテ差支ナカリシカ光緒二十八年ヨリ朝陽府ニ熱河都統ノ管轄ニ係ル鉱政調査局開設以来必ス熱河都統衛門ノ許可ヲ経ルヲ要シ之カ採掘ヲナサンニハ先ツ地区ヲ撰定シ五十両ノ手数料ヲ添ヘ朝陽ニ於ケル鉱政調査局ヲ経テ熱河府統宛ニ試掘ヲ出願シ許可書ノ交付ノ際同書料トシテ二百元ノ納入ヲ要ス都統衛門ハ之ト同時ニ阜新県並ニ王府ニ通告シ西者ハ更ニ之ヲ一般ニ告示ス此許可書
