大正７年２月２２日から〔大正〕７年３月１日 張勲取締 電報 字一通送付ノ件 大正七年二月二十二日発参謀次長ヨリ齋藤少将宛張勲取締ニ関スル訓電字別紙ノ通及送付候也 三月四日 政務局 広田領事 参謀本部ヨリ電＠照会アルヲ此侭ト為シ置クヘシ 大正七年二月二十二日 齋藤少将 参謀次貯 電報案 坂極秘電第七十八号ニ依レハ張勲及其一派ニ対スル外交団ノ監視ノ綏メル為彼等ハ密ニ徐州海州地方ノ其党与ト連絡シ倪督軍等ニ対抗セントノコトナルカ万一張勲一派ノ復活ヲ見ルカ如キコトアラハ必ス獨逸ノ勢此間ニ伸フルニ至ルヘク若シ更ニ彼等カ南方派ニ通スルニ於テハ同派ト獨逸トノ関係ヲモ生シ来リ意外ノ結果ヲ惹起スルコトナキヲ保シ難シ代理公使及青木坂西両閣下トモ相談ノ上適当ノ処置ヲ講セラレタシ
