大正８年３月１２日から〔大正９年〕６月２６日 大正八年三月十二日 在滿洲里 副領事 佐々木静吾 在 外務大臣子爵 内田康哉 在鄭家屯岩村領事代理宛三月十二日付機密鄭第二号 左記件名公信写及御送付候 敬具 件名 北満ニ於ケル清朝復辟運動ニ関スル件 機密鄭第二号 大正八年三月十二日 在鄭家屯 領事代理副領事 岩村成允 本件ニ関シ三月四日付機密送第二号貴信御申越ノ＠了承度候右ニ関シテハ未タ確実ニ事ノ成行ヲ知ル能ハサルモ＠＠リ本官カ探聞シタル事実中該問題ニ関係アリト思料セラルルハ別紙大臣宛電報写記載ノ事項ノミニシテ右ニ依レハ二三ノ復辟派カ内外蒙古会議ヲ利用シテ復辟ヲ企図シ多少ノ運動ヲナシタリト思惟セラルル点アルモ四囲ノ状況ハ目下ノ処到底目的ヲ遠スルコト不可能ナレハ或ハ其侭泣寝入トナリシニアラスヤト思考セラレ候従テ海拉爾付近ノ山中ニ四五千ノ蒙古兵集合シ居ルトノコトハ糧食ノ関係上事実ナリト認メ難ク又実際於テ
