- 清人梁啓超、王照大隈伯ニ上ルノ書並志賀参与官ト梁啓超トノ筆談 梁啓超王照再拝上書 大隈伯爵閣下啓超等以羈旅遠人承貴政府之不棄優加保護庇之以使館送之以軍艦授餐適館賓至如帰在貴政府則仗大義以周旋並啓超等則感深情涯無既舎館定輙致晋謁面致謝悃並致有而歓陳説当託小林柏原両君代請謁見之期数日未得聞命想我 公政余尠暇或以秘密斯挙深嫌疑避未使接見用是不敢固請唯胸中所懐致陳者請以書一、言之 敝国此次、政変的原国語有四端一曰帝与后之争二曰新与旧之争三曰満与漢之争四英与露之争然要而論之実則只有両派而已蓋我 皇上之主義在開新用漢人連日英以国自立西后之主義在守旧用満人連露西以求保護故総此四端実為帝后両派而已
