- 五月 外高秘第三七二三号 大正十五年五月四日 長崎県知事 富永鴻 内務大臣 若槻礼次郎殿 外務大臣 幣原喜重郎殿 指定庁府県長官殿 上海国民党支部執行委員旅行ニ関スル件 上海派国民党長崎支部執行委員 周曽祐 右者曩ニ上海ニ於テ開催セラレタル上海派国民党全国代表大会ニ出席帰国ノ途ニ在リタル同派東京支部執行委員子彬ニ同伴客月二十日午後一時三十分長崎駅発列車ニテ京阪神地方ニ旅行シ同二十九日帰来シタルカ旅行要件其他ニ関シ左記ノ通リ語レリ 為及申（通）報候也 記 自分ハ子彬ヲ見送リ旁々従来京都ニ留学中ナリシ同郷学生二名カ今回福岡医科大学ニ入学スルコトニナリタルヲ以テ其移転ニ関シ相談ノ為ナリシモ今回ノ旅行ヲ秘トシ従来広東上海ノ両派ニ対シ
