受１４７６４号 往第六六〇二号 第三十七議会衆議院ニ於テ採択セラレタル北海道釧路町米村ツチ外一名ノ呈出（紹介議員上野安太郎）ニ係ル旧韓国ニ於ケル身体及財産ノ侵害ニ対スル被害救恤ノ請願ハ貴省御主管ノ件ト被存候ニ付右請願ニ対スル貴省御意見一応承知致度此段及御照会候也 大正五年六月二十三日 大蔵省主計局長 市来乙彦 外務省政務局長 小池張造殿 大正五年二月十八日提出 本請願ノ要旨ハ亡米村仁一及其ノ家族ハ旧韓国在住中明治三十七年十一月八日夜半故ナクシテ数十名ノ韓国人ニ襲ハレ仁一ハ即死シ妻ツチハ負傷シ財産ハ掠奪ヲ受ケ剰ヘ家屋ヲ焼尽サレタル為メ十万余円ノ損害ヲ被リタリ然ルニ其後損害ノ賠償ヲ請求スルニ至ラス
