機密第四五号 大正十四年八月廿四日 在芝果 領事代理副領事 別府能＠ 外務大臣男爵 幣原喜重郎 殿 威海衛ト支那税関税務司用感謝ニ関スル件 当地税務司ダンジュウー氏北京総税務司ノ君れニ基キ数日前威海衛ニ赴キ同地ニ於ケル支那税関税務司用官舎購入ノ手続ヲ了シタル趣聞込メルニ付二十二日他用ニテ英国領事ニ面談ノ際去レトナク確メタル処右ハ事実ナルモ之ヲ以テ威海衛還付ノ前提ト看做キヲ得ハ唯英人所有ノ家屋ニテ目下格好ノ売物アリタル為譲渡ノ手続ヲ了シタル次第ナリ尤モ還付ノ時期ハ大ニ近ケルニ現在ノ如ク大総統モナク且信頼スヘキ能ハス従テ自然還付ノ時期ハ遷延スルク免レサルヘシトノコトナリ
