- 自明治三十二年五月 仏国「パリー、ノーヴェル」通信社ヨリ本邦ト直接通信開設方提議一件 PARIS－NOUVELLES 吾人の希望は日仏両国の間に、直接の通信報道を開始するに在り、即ち之に由りて両国民の親交を鞏固ならしむるに在り貿易の関係を至密ならしむるに在り、若し其れ之を＠得ん乎＠れより両国民の徳義的及経済的事相は＠乎として眼を奪ふに至る可し。是故に自今吾輩は諸君に対し、郵便ある毎に、日本語を以て、最も公平に、最も適切に仏国に於ける出来事の真相を全欧＠於ける与論の進行とを諸君に報道するの事業に任す可し。之と同時に諸君は日本に於ける出来事にして、吾人の知悉するを要する事相をば適実正確に吾人に報道せられんことを希望ニ任ヘず。尚ほ此通信交換に就き一言以て之を＠ヘば吾人
