- 諸外国外交関係雑纂（瑞典、芬蘭間） 一五一六八 平 ストックホルム発 大正十二年十月二十一日後〇、五五 本省着十一月一日後一、三〇 伊集院外務大臣 畑公使 第一三七号 十月二十九日当地新聞記者団晩餐会席上ニ於テ外相ノHederstiernaノ為セル演説ハ大ニ一般ノ注意ヲ喚起シタルガ其要訳左ノ通リ 瑞典芬蘭両国ハ共通ノ文化ト歴史トヲ有シ且東方露国ノ侵略ニ対シテ唇歯輔車ノ関係ニ在ルコト論ヲ俟タズ従テ芬蘭ノ独立ヲ保障スルハ瑞典ガ露国ノ圧迫ニ対スル緩衝国ヲ保持スル所以ニシテ国防上緊喫事ニ属ス日露戦争当時幸ニシテ露国
