- 大正十年八月一日接受 公第三七号 外務大臣伯爵内田康哉殿 在伊国「アルゼンチン」及智利公使館昇格ニ関シ伊国外相報告ノ件 「ブエノスアイレス」発行「ラナチオン」紙羅馬特派員ハ過般当国外務大臣「スフォルツア」伯ヲ往訪シ在伊太利「アルゼンチン」及智利公使館ヲ大使館ニ昇格セシメントスル問題ニ関シ外相ノ意見ヲ徴シタルニ同外相ハ本件ハ至極「デリケート」ナル問題ナルカ率直ニ私見ヲ開陳セント前提シテ曰ク従来大使館昇格問題ハ外交史上常ニ特別ノ重要事件ヲ伴ウモノナリ例ヘバ日本
