- 伊集院公使召還稟請ノ電報及同公使北京滞在困難事情 〓 北京四十五年二月二十三日后五、三〇 本省四十四年二月二十四日前八、二七 内田外務大臣 第一四一号 貴電第四七号接＠＠サニ閣下ノ誠意ヲ領セリ殊ニ内閣総理大臣モ＠シク本使ノ留任ヲ希望セラルルニ＠リテハ本使ノ感佩措クヘカラサル所ナリ 但シ本使ガ召喚ヲ稟請セルハ一身一代己ノ故ニ非ラス國家ノ利害ヨリ起見セルモノナル事ハ前電既ニ其ノ要ヲ＠シタル通加之最近表世凱防＠ニ関スル＠國公使＠挙動ノ如キ本省ノ之ニ対スル措置如何ハ未タ承知セサルモ本使ノ立場ヲ一層困難ナラシメタルモノアリ本使ノ＠邦ニ駐箚スル事茲ニ三年偶ニ此ノ動乱ニ際シ表世凱及同盟國使臣ト斯ク隔意アル地位
