甲午〔明治２７〕年４月４日から明治２７年５月２３日 立義 大朝鮮署理欽差駐剳辨理大臣 兪箕煥　大日本 外務大臣陸奥宗光閣下 以書翰致啓上＠陳ハ権東壽権在寿ノ両人ヲシテ其筋ノ訊問ニ應ゼシメラシ度旨本月二十四日及二十五日重ネテ貴翰ニ接候処右権東寿ハ曽テ我国ノ陸軍省ノ官吏タリシ者ナルガ故ニ拙者ニ於テ擅マニ御渡難致義ニ付拙者ヨリ二十六日ノ朝電報ヲ以テ本国政府ノ訓令ヲ請ヒ又二十七日再ヒ催促ノ電報ヲ発＠コトハ一々貴大臣ニ御通知ニ及ビ右回電到達マデ須臾猶予相成度旨及御請求置＠処料クサリキ貴大臣ニハ頻リニ御迫リ相成拙者ノ申入ヲ御聞取無之昨朝矢庭ニ警察署ヨリ多数ノ警官ヲ当公使館ニ差向ラレ強ヒテ権東寿等ノ其筋ヘ引致スルコトヲ索メラレ候ニ付右出張官吏ト婉曲ニ談試ミ候得共固ク執テ聴カレズ
