明治２７年４月１６日から明治２７年１２月２１日 在朝鮮 朝鮮人権東壽権在壽逮捕 朝鮮人権東壽権在壽逮捕一件ニ付テハ過日来屡々電信ヲ以テ申進置候処今茲ニ其顛末ヲ申進候 本年三月二十九日朝鮮人李逸植ナル者麹町区一番町二十九番地親隣義塾（朴泳存設立ニカカル）生徒寄宿舎ニ於テ捕縛セラレ身命危急ナルニ付巡査ヲ派シ李逸植ノ危急ヲ救ヒ同公使館へ護送セラレ度旨別紙イ号ノ通照会有之尚又四日付ヲ以テ別紙ロ号ノ通李逸植護送ノ儀ヲ催促致来候処本件ハ既ニ警察官ノ取調ヲ要シ李逸植朝鮮公使館へ護送スヘキ筈モ無之旁以テ警察ノ手続終了スル迄ハ何等ノ回答モ不致シテ暫ク向来ノ成行ヲ視テ何分ノ手数可相施ト思考致候処警察官ハ去月三十日ヲ以テ朴泳＠及ヒ親隣義塾生徒数名ハ私檀監禁犯罪者ト認メ李ハ謀殺未遂及謀殺教唆
